    I enjoyed my first pints at the Porterhouse and have spread the word amongst locals. Great timing on getting into the Irish Times magazine last Saturday.

    Lots to be proud of amongst the offerings at the festival. I’m sure there is a place there for all those micro-breweries with the support of the public. No reason why there can’t be regional/local offerings in all food groups. It’s Ireland’s future. My own blog above will tell you that I’m a strong supporter of local produce and regardless of where the hops come from, you are creating unique products in a world that has become too homogenised!
